The hotel rooms are spacious and kept clean. The rooms come with a king-size bed, a bath in a shower, and a modern bathroom. The restaurant serves excellent dishes for breakfast.

The rooms are nicely decorated and have good air conditioning, with a pleasant view and a lovely shower, while the staff, from reception to porters, are very professional and helpful.

The hotel was big with a strategic and the best location close to Umhlanga shopping district as well as the Mall and the bakery and the spa. The room was air-conditioned and beautifully presented, offered a seating area and coffee. I stayed here for 3 days and would come there again.

The hotel was fancy and clean, just like it was described. The staff were very service-oriented. The location was excellent, close to independent shops and a short distance to the beach. The restaurant served good food.

Our 5-night stay at Coastlands Umhlanga Hotel And Convention Centre was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was well-equipped with a bathtub, making our stay even more enjoyable. The concierge service was top-notch and exceeded our expectations. Additionally, the hotel offered convenient onsite parking, which was a great convenience. The Umhlanga district is definitely worth a visit, with its vibrant atmosphere. We were delighted by the variety of breakfast options served at the bar.

Wi-Fi was not accesible above the reception floor. No banking facilities around the hotel. The fridge does not reach 4 degrees since it is enclosed in a cupboard. Clothing storage space not covered.
