The hotel rooms are spacious and kept clean. The rooms come with a king-size bed, a bath in a shower, and a modern bathroom. The restaurant serves excellent dishes for breakfast.

The hotel was big with a strategic and the best location close to Umhlanga shopping district as well as the Mall and the bakery and the spa. The room was air-conditioned and beautifully presented, offered a seating area and coffee. I stayed here for 3 days and would come there again.

The breakfast here was absolutely amazing. They had the best waffles I've ever tasted, and we got to enjoy them with a fantastic view. It was the perfect way to kick off our day! 🥞

The room was clean and comfortable.

Wi-Fi was not accesible above the reception floor. No banking facilities around the hotel. The fridge does not reach 4 degrees since it is enclosed in a cupboard. Clothing storage space not covered.

Decent sized and heated unit with a convenient decor. Excellent location for Durban, not far from the east coast of South Africa, Gateway Mall and beach, and beach.

The rooms are nicely decorated and have good air conditioning, with a pleasant view and a lovely shower, while the staff, from reception to porters, are very professional and helpful.

The staff was well-trained, the breakfast was savoury, everything was fine. I had breakfast in the restaurant. There was free Wi-Fi in all rooms and the service in general was very good! Besides, the parking was on-site.

The hotel was fancy and clean, just like it was described. The staff were very service-oriented. The location was excellent, close to independent shops and a short distance to the beach. The restaurant served good food.

Breakfast table was unsteady. Waiter was not attending to table (no utensils, salt/ppeper, etc). When he attended eventually, he was quite sombre/unapproachable and unfriendly....
